December 10, the Central Artery held a luncheon to give away $1.6 million
worth of incentive bonuses to Big Dig contractors. Modern Continental’s
commitment to safety earned the company nearly half of that allotment, as
the company was recognized with a gold award, two silver awards, a bronze
award, and three no lost time awards.
The Safety and Health
Awards for Recognized Excellence, better known as the SHARE Awards, are
given out twice each year. $709,084 in award money will be distributed
to the work crews and support staff for the jobs listed below. Congratulations
for a job well-done, and done safely as well!
