Shepard Named Builder of the Year

Modern’s own Bob Shepard has been honored with the Builders Association of Greater Boston’s (BAGB) "Builder of the Year" award for his work in 2001. This annual award is bestowed upon individuals who provide leadership and a model of excellence in the building industry. The award was presented at a recent dinner function and meeting.
 
"Bob has always set a standard for others to follow," said Howard Chandler, Executive Officer of the BAGB. "His BAGB peers describe him as a consistent leader and mentor, always willing to listen and digest the information he’s given so that he can present a well thought out response or solution. Bob has always come through for this association, whether it be attending board meetings or special events, or - perhaps more importantly - showing up at unscheduled meetings that require someone of his stature and experience to represent our industry."
