Greenville County Road Project / Construction Management
Modern serves as the program manager for engineering, construction and testing of 148-miles of county roads for a period of one year with a guaranteed maximum dollar value contract. The success of this design/build contract is particularly noteworthy given that statewide, Greenville is the first County to adopt a program manager approach to infrastructure maintenance. Renewal for the second year of the contract includes over 50 miles of resurfacing and/or repair of county roads, one bridge replacement, four major road widening projects and the design of seven major road improvements.
